Terms and Conditions
Article 1. Applicability
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements of Seraph ME. 1.2 Accepting an offer or placing an order means that you accept the applicability of these Terms and Conditions. 1.3 The provisions of these Conditions can only be deviated from in writing, in which case the other provisions remain in full force. 1.4 All rights and claims, as stipulated in these Conditions and in any further agreements for the benefit of Seraph ME, are also stipulated for the benefit of intermediaries and other third parties engaged by Seraph ME.
Article 2. Offers / agreements
2.1 An agreement is only concluded after acceptance of your order by Seraph ME. Seraph ME is entitled to refuse orders or to attach certain conditions to the delivery, unless explicitly stated otherwise. If an order is not accepted, Seraph ME will notify this within five (5) working days after receipt of the order.
Article 3. Shipping / delivery / return
3.1 We ship worldwide. 3.2 Shipping insured within The Netherlands via POSTNL. After we received the payment we ship your item between 24/48 hours. 3.3 Shipping in Europe cost around 2-5 work days. Shipping outside Europe cost around 5-10 work days. We are not responsible for the duration of the delivery. 3.4 As soon as your item is shipped you will receive your shipping number so you can tracking your item at any time. Import duties, taxes or any other costs associated with importing the purchased item are not the responsibility of Designer Stories. These costs are for the buyer. Please always check your country import duties outside the European Union! 3.5 If the item you ordered is not available we will contact you at the same day. Order placed in the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
Returns are not accepted. All items are secondhand and are sold ‘As they are’. Please send us an email if you have any questions regarding an item you’re interested in. We are more than happy to provide you with more information.
